Screened upper-division major applied to via NursingCAS, usually in sophomore year for junior-year entry; admits fall and spring. 3.0 cumulative GPA from all colleges; from the Fall 2027 cycle a 3.0 science GPA is required by entry. TEAS 7 at Proficient or higher (competitive range 81 to 83%), valid two years. 11 prerequisites including three lab sciences at C or better, all science and math within 10 years. Fall 2027: priority deadline December 15 (materials December 31), final January 15, 2027 (materials February 1); Spring 2027 closed August 17, 2026. NursingCAS fee varies by cycle. Department reports a 95.92% undergraduate NCLEX pass rate (2024 ranking).
