Apply through NursingCAS ($60 fee; extra charge if NursingCAS uploads documents) after admission to the University. Fall cohort: application opens January 1, deadline February 15, 10:59 pm CST; spring cohort: opens August 1, deadline September 15 (next spring 2027 cycle is open now). Requires ATI TEAS 7 scores, cumulative GPA of at least 2.80, C or better in all prerequisite courses from the first three semesters, sciences and prior nursing courses no older than five years, a completed health form and LSBN approval before clinicals. Four-year, 120-hour plan.
