TEAS 7 only, adjusted individual total score 62 or higher. Prerequisites English, anatomy, physiology, chemistry and microbiology completed with a minimum 2.5 GPA before applying. Application windows: April 1-15 for fall admission and August 1-15 for spring admission; late materials not accepted. COVID-19 and flu vaccination, annual background check, drug screen each semester, and a Social Security number required.
