Tiered entry: GPA 3.50+ needs no TEAS or science prerequisite; 3.00 to 3.49 needs a 3.00 college science GPA and no TEAS; 2.50 to 2.99 needs composite TEAS 58. High school diploma or GED required; enrollment fee currently waived.
