What you'll need
- Immunizations
Site has no requirements page; the Adult Practical Nursing notice gives only the start date (classes began 9/15/2026) and director contact (Karen Howell, khowell@auburncc.org, 440-357-7542). Posted documents are a Nursing Physical Form and letter of recommendation criteria (letter must come from a manager, supervisor or HR on company letterhead stating employment dates, character and work ethic). Full details are in the registration portal and catalog only.
Checked Oct 2026 on the school's site. Requirements change each cycle, so confirm before you apply.
